Take public transportation, bike and walk while at your destination and if you must rent a car for personal use, go with an electric or hybrid model.
In your garden do not use pesticides, they are harmful for you and all the pets, animals and critters that cross your yard, as well as the groundwater they eventually become a part of. When using fertilizer be careful to read the packaging well and be sure to ask questions to anything that raises concern. What you put into your garden may be going into your system and the environment, make wise choices.
Organic clothing is stylish and is made from environmentally safe products. Chemicals were not used in the growing of the material used to make the clothing. Organic clothing is designed with chemical-free materials and less irritating to the skin.
Our earth will only last as long as we take care of it and turn some of the damage around, if everyone does their part and chooses to live a green lifestyle it will save our planet.
